In an effort to provide quality Physical Therapy to all of our patients, ETC is working with Bluestream Health to provide Telehealth visits to our patients that are not able to be seen in our clinics. New patients’ Initial Evaluation’s will need to be done in person at one of our clinics, then subsequent visits may be offered through Telehealth arrangements. Please ask your therapist or call one of our clinics to get started or if you have any questions!
How does Telehealth Work?
Contact your local ETC physical therapy clinic and tell them you want to start with Telehealth sessions. Also fill out the consent form at the bottom of this page.
At your scheduled appointment time have your computer or cell phone charged and ready, and find a bright, quiet area with some space to film yourself during the session
You will receive an email or a text message with a hyperlink (will start with Click the underlined text within the email or text message.
Please read and text and check the box to consent to therapy. You may also be asked to enable your camera and microphone. Please click “ok” or “allow”.
You will then see a flashing blue circle, please do not click away from this screen. Once your therapist is available you will be connected and your session will begin!

Does insurance cover Telehealth?
st insurances are currently covering Telehealth visits, and more are being approved each day. ETC will verify coverage with your specific insurance company prior to starting Telehealth sessions.
What equipment do I need?
Telehealth visits can be conducted via desktop, laptop, tablet, or smart phone. Your device will need a camera and a microphone, which are available on most devices. ETC works with a company called BlueStream to provide the service making the process as easy as possible.
Will I be able to work with my regular therapist or at my regular time?
We will make every effort possible to keep you with your regular therapist and during your preferred time. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 some changes have been made to staffing locations and availability. You will however recieve top notch healthcare from any of our therapists.
